An Important Update Regarding COVID-19

Like you, we're closely monitoring developments related to the COVID-19 virus, particularly the guidance offered by local, state and federal health officials. Though we've not yet experienced a direct impact on our business, we're prepared to continue to serve you as the situation develops.

Your health and the health and the safety of our associates, their families, and our communities are our primary concerns. Thankfully, several years ago we made an investment to develop systems that will allow our staff to work remotely.

While this means that we may not be able to meet with you in our office, a Cushman Insurance Group representative will remain available to you by phone or email during regular business hours.

Many of us have families and our children's schools have announced closures for the next 2 to 3 weeks, so if you need us, you may hear dogs barking or kids arguing in the background. We don't think COVID-19 can change that.

Rest assured the Cushman Insurance Group and our carrier partners are prepared to support you during this challenging time.

We no longer will be accepting cash or in-person payments. To pay your bill, visit our online payment page.

At Cushman Insurance, our goal is for you to always live more and worry less — so we’re here to also share a few tips from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDP) on how to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

  • Wash Your Hands for at least 20 seconds, especially after you have been in a public place or after blowing your nose, sneezing, coughing or touching your face. If you are unable to wash your hands, make sure to use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol in it.

  • Avoid close contact with people - make sure to allow yourself six feet of social distance between yourself and others.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, etc.

  • Wear a facemask if you are sick when you are around others.
